Fanboys is merging all of our Instagram accounts down to one: @fanboysmarketplace. All other accounts will be discontinued! Stay in-the-know of all things Fanboys by making sure you’re following that single Instagram account!
Fanboys has come a long way in a short period of time. We opened our doors officially as Fanboys in 2020 as soon as the Governor gave the go-ahead for businesses across the state to open their doors after having been shut for lockdown. From that single store at Hulen and Bryant Irvin we’ve since opened four additional locations. We also moved our flagship store to the current location off Camp Bowie in Fort Worth.
Next year will bring another significant move as our flagship store will relocate one more time. This time, to a more permanent location that will serve as both headquarters and as a distribution center. It’s a very exciting time for growth for Fanboys stores and Fanboys Marketplace. Part of that growth is due to our presence on social media. We advertise using several social media channels, namely Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and this blog and website.
We intended each new Fanboys store to have its own social media presence. Meaning, its own Facebook page, its own Instagram account, etc. to reflect the unique atmosphere of each store. But having opened five new stores in just two years’ time, its becoming more difficult to manage and market for each store separately. As a result Fanboys will now have just one single Instagram account: @fanboysmarketplace. All news and updates, pop culture blogs links, store and event announcements will happen on one single account. Each store will still maintain their own Facebook account. And of course, make sure you check us out on Tik Tok as well.
All this to say, we’re super thankful for the continued support and this explosive growth. We love our community and are excited about what the future holds.
