Montana De La Rosa, an MMA fighter part of the UFC Women’s Flyweight division, was born on February 14th, 1995, in Helena, Montana.
De La Rosa began her training in the form of wrestling when she was in high school, switching to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after graduation. Shortly after this, she switched to mixed martial arts. Her professional career is full of impressive achievements, and she currently ranks number 11 in UFC Women’s Flyweight Rankings. So, let us jump right into the life and career of Miss. De La Rose!
In 2014 she began her MMA career, initially fighting under the promotion XFN (Xtreme Fighting Nation). She obtained the flyweight championship during her time there before subsequently being signed to UFC after competing in a competition series.
The competition series she competed in was called The Ultimate Fighter 26. She also competed in the following season, where she won her fight against Rachael Ostovich in the third round. Since signing to UFC after the competition series, she has won four out of her six matches.

De La Rosa’s last fight took place on September 5th, 2020; she fought against Viviane Araújo and lost in the third round after a unanimous decision. The match lasted a total of five minutes and took place at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Sakai.
