Looking for the best places to ring in the New Year this New Year’s Eve? I got some suggestions from visit Fort Worth that should suit everyone! Let’s go!
Cidercade near TCU will have confetti cannons and a New Year’s toast, not to mention over 275 arcade games, pizza, drinks, and tons of fun to be had. But, they’re selling tickets for the event so act fast because they will definitely sell out! Sundance Square in Fort Worth will be a great place to just hang until the ball drops! Their Instagram is advertising live music until 2am, street performers including an ice sculpturist, caricature artists, ice sculptures and food trucks! Fireworks will fire off at midnight! If honky tonk is your thing, Billy Bobs will be hosting its annual NYE party featuring the Randy Rogers Band. Doors open at 6pm, and Randy Rogers Band hits the main stage at 10.
If you’re looking for more family-friendly events (or if you just can’t make it to midnight) there’s still plenty of things lined up for you and the kiddos! Pinstripes is offering its usual bowling and gourmet dining where you can enjoy good food and good games. They’re hosting a balloon drop for the kiddos at 8pm, and another later on at 12pm for those late nighters. You can celebrate Noon Year’s Eve at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. Bring the kids to make their own celebratory popper, make a resolutions, and watch the ball drop at noon! Typical fireworks and a toast at midnight not wild enough for the kids? Consider Zoo Years Eve! The Fort Worth Zoo is hosting a night at the zoo. From 6pm-9am the kids can enjoy the critters, a movie, a night hike through the zoo, and a continental breakfast.
These are just a few suggestions from Fanboys on how to ring in the New Year. We’re looking forward to another exciting new year ourselves with the renovation and opening of our new permanent location. As well as, exciting new celebrity guests, a Fanboys Comic Con, and great food at our new Fanboys Grill! Until then, see you at Fanboys!
